ICYMI - Bloom Energy signs MoU with Chantiers de l'Atlantique for fuel cell installations, and Heelstone Renewable Energy closes its USD $175 million credit facility with BlackRock Alternatives
In today’s newsletter, Bloom Energy and Chantiers de l'Atlantique, announced today that the two firms have signed an MoU signaling a strong intention to collaborate on developing future multi-MW installations on board marine vessels.
Also, in other news, Heelstone Renewable Energy, LLC announced on Tuesday that in Q422, it closed on a $175 million credit facility with BlackRock Alternatives, through a fund managed by its Infrastructure Debt business, to fund the initial construction and development of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
