In today’s newsletter, The City of London Corporation has approved plans from Landsec to transform Hill House, EC4 into a sustainable workspace and new rooftop restaurant. The news follows planning approval being granted at the end of 2023 for the redevelopment of 55 Old Broad Street, EC2.

In other news, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), one of the world’s largest asset managers, continues to grow its presence in Frankfurt by further strengthening its institutional team with the appointment of Miriam Uebel who has joined as Deputy Head of Europe, Institutional, effective immediately.
