Savills appoints Tim Boeters as Co-Head Leasing at Savills in the Netherlands, Digital Realty appoints Matt Mercier as Chief Financial Officer, and KKR makes new purchase of SK E&S’ shares

In today’s newsletter, Tim Boeters has joined the Savills Agency team in the Netherlands as Associate Director Leasing, Digital Realty, the largest global provider of cloud and carrier-neutral data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions, has announced the appointment of Matt Mercier (pictured below) as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2023, and last but not least, private equity firm KKR has confirmed that it recently entered into an agreement with South Korean energy company, SK E&S to acquire its newly issued redeemable convertible preferred shares.
