ICYMI - Guidehouse appoints Dan Hahn to spearhead its Communities, Energy & Infrastructure business, and KKR appoints Raj Agrawal as Global Head of Real Assets

In today’s newsletter, Energy & Infrastructure Moves has learned, through sources close to the move, that KKR & Co. has named Raj Agrawal as its new Global Head of Real Assets. The firm’s real estate investment arm, KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc., announced its Q4 financial results on Monday.

In other news, Guidehouse, a leading global energy advisory, digital and managed service business, has appointed Michelle Fay as Guidehouse’s Global Energy Providers practice Leader and Dan Hahn, formerly Head of the Global Energy Providers practice, as the firm’s Communities, Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) Segment Growth Leader.

Furthermore, as Energy & Infrastructure Moves understands, CIM Group has announced as of last week Tuesday, of the appointment of Albert Yang as Managing Director. Most recently, Mr. Yang served as Head of Investor Relations for EMEA at Harrison Street, where he was a founding member of the firm’s European Investment platform, a member of the Investment Committee, and led the launch of its European opportunistic and core real estate strategies.

Based in London, Mr. Yang will be leading on business development and investor relations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
