Mr. Arden is set to lead a team of real estate sales specialists, dedicated to working with clients across the Americas to deliver real estate solutions. Mr. Arden brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new role. He was most recently Head of North Americas Distribution at Sentinel.

The move, effective February 3, 2025, sees Kou, formerly of Wildcat Equity Partners, replace Dr. Jaime Gerber.
