ICYMI - Cushman & Wakefield appoints Jessica Francisco as its first Chief Sustainability Officer, and Savills Italia appoints Raffaella Colacicco as Co-Head Property Management Retail
In today’s newsletter, Cushman & Wakefield have announced the appointment of Jessica Francisco, who joined the company in 2022, to the role of Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). Ms. Francisco becomes the first ever post-holder in this senior position at Cushman & Wakefield.
In other news, global property consultancy firm Savills has hired Raffaella Colacicco as Co-Head of Property Management Retail in Italy. Ms. Colacicco’s appointment is part of the company’s consolidation of the retail management team, which began with the arrival of Alberto Albertazzi - Head of Retail Management - at the beginning of the year in order to strengthen Savills position as a market leader in the management of shopping centres.
