ICYMI - Vutility appoints Stephen Prince as President and Chief Executive Officer, Amro Partners appoints Senior Managing Director and Commerz Real appoints Nicole Arnold to its Management Board

In today’s newsletter, Vutility, Inc., on Thursday announced that the company's Board of Directors has appointed Stephen Prince as President and Chief Executive Officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the company and will also serve on Vutility's Board of Directors.

Also, according to Property Magazine International, Amro Partners has appointed Rainer Nonnengässer as Senior Managing Director, to lead its drive into new European student housing markets - including Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.

Working alongside Chairman and CEO Raj Kotecha, Rainer will spearhead an ambitious European expansion strategy that will see the residential living specialist build on the success of its existing Iberian purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) track record, which now comprises over 3,100 beds across 12 transactions.

Finally, ICYMI - Commerz Real has appointed Nicole Arnold to the Board of Managing Directors; she took up the position as of 1 January 2023. As the real assets subsidiary of Commerzbank announced, she is succeeding Siegfried Eschen, who has returned to Commerzbank.
