ICYMI - New senior team appointed for Cushman & Wakefield, Standard Chartered appoints Shelley Boland as Global Head of Property, and RPA appoints Siemens’ Anthony Casciano to Board of Directors

In today’s newsletter, Cushman & Wakefield is gearing up for an exciting 2023 with the appointment of five new Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics team members in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, including the internal appointment of Simon Fenn.

These new recruits follow the appointments late last year of Tony Iuliano (pictured below), International Director - Head of Industrial & Logistics ANZ, and Adrian Rowse, National Director - Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics ANZ, with further announcements to be made in the coming months.

In other news, Standard Chartered has tapped Shelley Boland as its new Global Head of Property to lead management of the bank's real estate resources worldwide, with the promotion having taken effect on 1 December.

Also, Anthony Casciano, President and CEO of Siemens Financial Services, Inc., the U.S. financing arm of Siemens, is the newest appointee to join the Regional Plan Association (RPA) Board of Directors. RPA, a leading non-profit civic organization, develops and promotes ideas to improve the economic health, environmental resiliency, and quality of life of the New York metropolitan area.
