Seven new hires bolster Knight Frank’s Project & Building Consultancy team

In today’s newsletter, Impax Asset Management, the specialist asset manager investing in the transition to a more sustainable economy, has confirmed the announcement of the appointment of Nana Li as Head of Sustainability & ESG, Asia-Pacific.

In other news, Knight Frank, the global property consultancy, has expanded its Project & Building Consultancy team with seven new appointments. Knight Frank has confirmed that Callum Shooter (pictured below - left) joins the team as an Associate Director, bringing almost ten years of experience in real estate consultancy. Working with private clients, including asset management firms and investors, as well as public sector clients such as National Grid, Network Rail, and the NHS, Callum is an established and expert technical consultant whose previous senior roles at Gleeds and BNP Paribas Real Estate saw him regularly conduct building reinstatement cost assessments, due diligence, tenant approvals, project management, and develo…
