Tucker who joined JLL in 2022 to lead its Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory services team, which address aging infrastructure and provide renewable transaction services to clients, will report to Sanjay Rishi. Prior to joining JLL, she amassed more than 15 years of experience in energy, real estate, and transportation, with a focus on strategy, finance, and economic analyses.
In other news, Energy & Infrastructure Moves has learned that OMERS Infrastructure has welcomed Peter Gray as Senior Managing Director, Head of Americas. Gray will report to Michael Hill, the Global Head of Infrastructure, and will join the global Infrastructure Management Committee at OMERS.
Lastly, we have learned that Romeo Lacher, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Julius Baer has informed the Board of Directors of his intention not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting 2025.
Following the appointment of Stefan Bollinger as CEO, Julius Baer has the opportunity to advance its strategic development under new leadership also at the level of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors therefore was able to initiate a timely search process for external candidates for the Chair of the Board. This process will be completed shortly.
