ICYMI - Newly announced senior appointments at British Land, Kimco Realty and Grosvenor

In today’s newsletter, Energy & Infrastructure Moves understands that on Tuesday, British Land welcomed the appointment of Emma Cariaga as Chief Operating Officer, succeeding David Walker who has now moved to the role of Chief Financial Officer. In a press statement published yesterday, British Land announced the further appointment of David Lockyer who will take on additional responsibility for Canada Water working alongside Roger Madelin.

In other news, Energy & Infrastructure Moves has learned of three new Board Director appointments at Kimco Realty Corporation. Milton Cooper will transition to Chairman Emeritus of Kimco Realty, Richard Saltzman will become the Independent Chairman of its Board of Directors, and, effective 21 January 2025, Nancy Lashine and Ross Cooper will join the Kimco Realty Board of Directors, with Ms. Lashine serving on its Audit and Executive Compensation Committees.

Lastly, we have learned that Grosvenor, an international organization, whose activities span urban property, food and ag-tech, rural estate management, and support for philanthropic initiatives, last month appointed Alistair Elliott, formerly of Knight Frank, to the role of Chair of its UK property business.
