ICYMI - Savills IM appoints Chief Sustainability Officer as DWS selects first APAC Real Estate Chief Investment Officer

In today’s newsletter, Savills Investment Management has promoted Emily Hamilton to Chief Sustainability Officer, according to an online news source. Hamilton joined the company in 2020 as Head of ESG, moving from Grosvenor where she worked in the Sustainability team, and later as Associate Director.

Also, DWS Group has appointed Matthias Naumann as its Chief Investment Officer for Real Estate in Asia-Pacific, a spokesperson has confirmed. Mr. Naumann relocated to Sydney from the Frankfurt headquarters to take up the position, which is the firm’s first real estate CIO role based in Asia-Pacific. His role was effective in March.
